AI-Enabled Website Revamp
A three-person team led a full rebuild of the New Elevation website using AI and MCP tooling. The effort reimagined how internal digital platforms can be delivered, using AI to significantly reduce team size, timelines, and reliance on traditional role structures.
The Challenge
The team needed to rebuild the internal website while also supporting active client engagements and presales work. Limited capacity made it difficult to dedicate separate resources across PM, design, development, QA, and documentation. A more efficient approach was required to deliver quickly without expanding the team.

Our Approach
The team adopted an AI-first delivery model, enabling one PM to span PM, product, QA, design, and BA responsibilities while also contributing to development.
A non-developer PM used AI to build features, create the site’s style guide, and develop components in Storybook, supporting high-fidelity reviews without design tools.
Paired programming between the PM and engineer, both supported by AI, accelerated development, while cross-model AI PR reviews ensured quality.
AI was also used to reduce documentation time and rapidly build interactive presales demos.

The Results
A three-person team led a full rebuild of the New Elevation website using AI and MCP tooling, reimagining how internal digital platforms can be delivered. Key outcomes:
The internal website was delivered in 134–194 hours compared to a traditional estimate of 488–648 hours, representing an approximate 70% reduction in effort.
Documentation time was reduced by about 50% through AI-assisted drafting and iteration.
A single PM covered multiple roles that would typically require dedicated resources across PM, design, QA, and business analysis. In parallel, two interactive enterprise demos were delivered quickly, including a 15-screen healthcare enrollment experience and a 9-screen quote-and-buy flow with an employer dashboard. These outputs accelerated stakeholder feedback through high-fidelity, functional prototypes and demonstrated a scalable model for faster internal and presales delivery.
